The hotel is quiet, but you can hear engine noises from the machinery room in the hotel’s own beach area.
“Comfortable but old-fashioned in all senses (both good and not so good)”
The lakeside spot is great, the restaurant staff are friendly, and the housekeeping team works efficiently. The place feels dated and shabby in spots (a refurbishment is coming soon!), and the check‑in staff at arrival were unhelpful.
