“I didn't stay there because they refused service and yet I was still charged.”
They refused to serve us.
“It was a good value for the weekend”
The location was convenient for the event I was attending in Asheville, but the street was very busy and I wish the door had better locks.
The affordability of the hotel was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the lack of heating was a notable drawback. Despite this, I found the experience to be fairly balanced.
Kay was great, the place was very quiet, and it felt like a charming throwback to 1950s motor lodges.
I had a pleasant stay, appreciating the hotel's cleanliness and prime location, but somehow everything else met my expectations. The overall experience was satisfying, with no major complaints.
