“Ottimo appoggio per visitare la città”
The location is great, right next to the Yamanote Line, and the room is huge for Tokyo standards. The staff are very kind and helpful. The building starts to show its age a bit.

The spot is great, the price is good, and the staff were helpful. The first thing we noticed was a musty smell, but keeping the window open the next day cleared it up.
The location is very accessible, near the train station, a convenience store, and many restaurants, and I've been here four times already so we'll keep coming back. The staff are very approachable.
The station is close, it’s in the city, and for smokers there’s a smoking area at the entrance. The only downside is that you can hear people shouting late at night outside. It’s unavoidable 😅

The only good thing was the location, close to a metro station and several attractions. A persistent mold and damp odor made the place uncomfortable, especially in the shower, which was practically unusable because of the smell; I just wanted to leave. If you want a modern hotel, don't stay there.
