They couldn't give me a room, and it was a terrible experience. The service was bad.

I had stayed here before and it seemed fine, but this time the service was awful. At 1:30 am a staff member knocked on my door to check the toilet, but it felt like they had other motives and I didn't feel safe. Hot water was off, the sheets were dirty, no towels were supplied, and checking in took over 30 minutes.
