The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel sits down a very steep hill, super steep, and they have a shuttle to shuttle you back and forth, but because of this the place feels a bit isolating. Also, they only have Wi‑Fi in the lobby. What hotel, in today’s day and age, only has Wi‑Fi in the lobby? We couldn’t get it in our room, nor could we get it in the pool area. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

The room with a sea view was spacious, with a stunning view. The staff were attentive and polite. A small boat leaves from the pier for 150 liras to Port Kalkana. A taxi can always be called to the center for 250 liras. Food and drinks can be ordered from the bar on the beach.

I chose this hotel and immediately regretted it. The room was infested with bugs—every yellow circle in the photo shows a dead insect—and the facilities were in terrible condition. The mildew smell was overpowering. Nothing worked: no TV, the air‑conditioning failed to cool. Breakfast was bland and repetitive, the same items served each day. The hotel sits at the end of a steep, long downhill road, making arrivals and departures a hassle. It’s also far from the town centre, so walking to anything isn’t possible. Dining is forced to the hotel, where the restaurant charges steep prices for poor‑tasting food. Beach loungers are always taken, with guests claiming spots by leaving towels on them, so you’ll never find a decent place. The location and distance from town only add to the inconvenience.

The hotel’s location is stunning, and the pools and gardens are gorgeous, with many rooms offering fabulous sea views. Yet the high expectations were let down by several issues. There is no Wi‑Fi in the rooms and the internal phone is unreliable, which is worrisome for night‑time problems. Surprisingly, only a bottle of water was provided on the first night—unacceptable in a country where tap water isn’t drinkable. I was told there was a bar, but I had to purchase there! The staff all seemed unhappy, none smiled, and any request felt like a nuisance, affecting the overall atmosphere. No guest laughter or smiles were heard, unlike the friendly staff in Kalkan who go above and beyond. Breakfast was a standard buffet, disappointing compared to most hotels. The hotel’s fabric is tired, with many items broken or damaged, clearly needing serious investment.

The location, beautiful pool, and incredible views were the highlights, and the hotel felt very safe overall. Food and drinks were decent, and the €5 daytime boat service was a useful perk. However, the King Suite fell short: furnishings were very outdated, the TV was ancient, the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and there was no Wi‑Fi anywhere on the property. Service was occasionally marred by a restaurant and bar manager with long hair and glasses who had a strange attitude.
