Rustically decorated rooms with balconies, tiled or hardwood floors, and satellite TV are offered. Regional specialties and international cuisine are nearby. The hotel is 15 minutes from Chiclana's center, 45 minutes from Cádiz, and under 1 hour from Jerez Airport.

The spot is great, but sometimes the entry access keeps glitching.

Nothing good. There was no parking and no information provided when you book. The pool was closed, and there was no mini‑fridge in the room. If you want a coffee, you have to go to reception, so if someone is booking a room you’ll see them putting a microwave or a two‑capsule coffee maker in the room. The rooms are old and show zero upkeep (floor and baseboards swollen from damp). It’s not adapted for people with reduced mobility (access to reception is via a staircase without a ramp).

The suite was gorgeous and the receptionist was extremely kind. They should pay a bit more attention to the maintenance of the whirlpool tubs, the plinths, and small details.

It’s pretty and close to the beach, and the front desk staff are very friendly. I imagine that in summer, when parking isn’t available, leaving the car could be a hassle; in October I didn’t have that issue.
