The spot’s perfect for shopping and grabbing a bite, even close to the dentist’s office. Wi‑fi was quick and steady, the room and hotel stayed tidy, and the staff were warm and helpful. All in all, the price matched the value nicely.

1. The stuff was very friendly 2. Wi-Fi was OK for me to work remotely. 3. Generally the hotel condition was OK. Seems like the bathrooms were renovated recently. 1. There were some minor, but obvious for cleaning stuff "missing point" in the room (like an ashtray on the balcony with cigarette butts in it) 2. I was asked to leave a good review almost immediately after check-in. Even though the stuff was extremely friendly and I have only good impression about them - it's still unacceptable. The review should be when the visitor is leaving. 3. It was impossible to reach the property via official messenger. Same goes to whatApp. In the end I had to call them, but even in that case - the receptionist could speak nearly 0 english. 4. Related to the point 2. The hotel stated that it provides free round taxi trip to the airport. That's what I've tried to arrange via messengers and calls, but the receptionist told they don't provide such free service. Booking support line handled the situation, so thanks them for that

The location is good and the welcome is very friendly. Prices are fair. Some cleaning needs improvement (fridge, bathroom). Booking says the hotel offers airport transfer, but that’s not the case.

I booked with the “pay at door” option via Booking. My flight landed at 2 am, so I messaged the hotel about check‑in issues, but never got a reply. When I arrived, the staff told me they had given my room to someone else and that only a suite at double price was left, even though I’d chosen the door‑pay option. They also claimed they hadn’t seen my message and that Booking’s WhatsApp messages were forwarded, trying to deceive me. I was harassed in an unknown place at 2 am. Thankfully a good taxi driver found a vacant hotel, and after three attempts we finally stayed somewhere. I do not recommend this hotel.
