The hotel is close to the main road, but it can be noisy at times; better window isolation would improve the experience.

Thanks to Port Rivoli Hotel Baku for an amazing stay; from the moment I entered, the warm, professional welcome was evident, and the staff were very polite and pleasant. The rooms were clean and cozy, housekeeping arrived on time, and the breakfasts were tasty—everything needed for a comfortable visit. I’m especially grateful for the birthday surprise; I had never seen such a thoughtful gesture elsewhere—an elegant cake and beautiful decorations made it unexpectedly delightful. I’m thrilled and thank every staff member for making my vacation superb and unforgettable; I’d love to stay with you again ♥️

Breakfast was good and offered a wide variety, the venue was comfortable, and the front‑desk and service staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was excellent, the property was new and well maintained, and rooms were suitable for all guests. Our assigned rooms were very quiet and free of noise, and the absence of carpet helped avoid any unpleasant odors (like cigarette smoke). However, the room lacked paper and a pen for taking notes, and a grab bar would be useful in case of slips in the bathroom. TV usage was problematic—two remotes conflicted, so a brochure explaining the controls is needed, and there were few Turkish channels.

The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the food tasty. The bathroom shaving light didn’t work, but I used a desk lamp instead, so everything was fine.
