The location is great; it’s within walking distance of the canal and well‑known shopping streets, and supermarkets and restaurants are around the corner, offering good value for money. Nothing to complain about.

I stayed at four different hotels in Osaka this time, and compared them, this one has many great advantages that made it my favorite. 1. The shower area is huge and even has a bathtub for soaking. 2. The space usage is excellent, you can fit two large suitcases open. 3. The location is super convenient – you can walk to the subway, convenience store, and Dotonbori. 4. On top of those advantages, the price is relatively affordable. The only downside was that breakfast was self‑served microwave food, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities are good and well maintained, the vacuum‑packing service was very useful and new for us, and there is enough space for luggage storage on the ground floor. Check‑in and check‑out went smoothly, and the staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was provided, but the selection needs improvement; adopting the Henn na Hotel Ginza system for breakfast and other food offerings might help.
