The main thing was cleanliness, a nice area, and tasty breakfast. The room had a mini‑bar, water bottles, tea, coffee, various hygiene items, even toothbrushes. Overall, for its price everything was fine. The hotel is old; once a luxurious room, it’s long since worn out and needs cosmetic renovation. The beds creak, the furniture that used to be solid now has sagging doors and drawers. The doors are warped and scrape the floor, the shower has issues, the toilet doesn’t flush well, and the chrome on all surfaces is tarnished. A straight‑armed handyman could fix a lot of these flaws. Still, the cleaning staff are good and the place is clean.

The grounds are well‑maintained, all the facilities are present, and the staff are responsive and pleasant. Nature and safety are appreciated. The pool has too much chemical. The kitchen could be improved, and the prices are higher than in the city. The included breakfasts could be better and more varied, but given the price, it’s acceptable overall.

Чисто, отличное постельное и идеальные матрасы. На территории уютный, небольшой пару вдоль реки. Бассейн на берегу реки, прекрасная зона с шезлонгами на деревянном помосте. Нет этого ужасного песка, нет комаров вообще!!! Ни оводов, ни комаров. Вид из окна невероятный). После 22.00 заселение невозможно, в ночное время администратора нет

We spent a few days at this complex and everything was very enjoyable: nature, the spa, the rooms, the food, the staff, the service. It’s a place you want to return to more than once. No complaints.

It’s a nice hotel with its own charm. It’s tidy and has a car charging station, which is very convenient. The large, well‑kept grounds are spacious, and the rooms are roomy, though the renovation is tired. Still, they look very neat and clean. The sturgeon in the restaurant is very tasty, and the breakfasts are delicious. The peace, birds, and water made the stay enjoyable. Thanks to Orilina Gnyzdo for the hospitality. The room needs renovation, but it still looks tidy and clean. The ladies who keep it clean are masters of their craft!
