I was so pleased with the total experience at this location. The breakfast was excellent - much better than some other hotels I have stayed at. Everything was clean and comfortable

Location. Humidity coming from the bathroom and soaking the carpet, mold smell.

The location was convenient, and the staff I initially interacted with were polite. I was hoping for a comfortable stay after traveling, but unfortunately the condition of the room overshadowed the positives. The room had visible mold, which was extremely concerning and made me uncomfortable staying there. I repeatedly asked about changing rooms but felt like I was given the runaround instead of a solution. I had just gotten off a flight and was exhausted, so I didn’t have the energy or ability to find another hotel at that point. The situation was disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a cleanliness and health standpoint
