Having kitchen facilities was a big plus, and the room was very comfortable with a great shower.

The location was great, the bar/restaurant was nice, and it was a pleasant surprise to find a small kitchenette in the rooms; the bathrooms were modern, though the rooms themselves were a bit dated and could use a refresh.

What a wonderful little hidden gem – the room was exceptionally clean with everything you need at hand, warm and cozy, and the staff, especially the lady at the desk, were really welcoming. Fitch only provided small towels and directed us to the spa, whose facilities were again exceptionally clean. We paid £75 a night per couple, which included all spa facilities, and there was tea and coffee in our room with no trouble accessing the condiments. The ladies at the desk were amazing, kind, and supportive, and their approach to our stay was exemplary – thank you very much. We definitely will be returning.
