The staff were calm and helpful, and the dog park was spacious and well maintained, giving the dogs plenty of room to roam in the forest setting. The bed had an odd, slightly salty smell that might have been a trick of the mind. My phone couldn’t connect to either the designated Wi‑Fi or 4G, so I was almost unable to use it for research, which was very inconvenient.

The cottages were too old. There were sudden stairs, rooms with unclear purpose, and overall poor usability. The biggest disappointment was the strong odor inside, and the bath was covered in mold, with black fungus growing on the tub, indicating a lack of maintenance. It was my first trip with a dog, but it turned out to be an unpleasant stay.

The hotel is close to the expressway and easy to reach, and the dog park is large with agility equipment that was enjoyable. The rooms smelled musty, moldy, and the bathroom had black mold; dust accumulated everywhere, and the top of the shelves was covered in grime, giving a total lack of cleanliness. The futon was also moldy and damp. The building felt too old. After seeing the exterior, my expectations dropped, and once I opened the door the strong odor made me regret choosing this place. The dog‑toilet at the entrance was positioned at eye level, emitting a foul smell that made me hesitant to approach. While the toilet’s presence was appreciated, it seemed poorly maintained and not kept clean. In short, it was stinky and unhygienic, and I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

The morning service and the staff were really great, but the building seemed old, the air reeked of mold and I could see black mildew in the bathroom; even the air purifier meant to clear the smell was clogged with dust, making it hard to breathe, and the odor took a while to get used to, so the price didn’t feel justified.

The front desk explained everything clearly and politely, and the surrounding nature gave the place a nice vibe, plus you can stay even without a dog; however, the inn lacked a feeling of cleanliness—dog hair and dust were on the floor, and I had to open every window to get rid of the dust, especially the two Japanese‑style rooms were so grimy that entering was a struggle, so a thorough cleaning is needed.
