Brand new, well‑equipped, a little away from the center but everything is within a 15‑minute walk, and it’s fairly quiet even though it faces the street. The staff are friendly and the establishment is clean.

I spent one night at the guesthouse in early March 2026, staying in double room number 9, which unfortunately has no window—a detail that isn’t revealed during booking. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom was spacious and well‑cooled, with a long shelf opposite the bed. The bedding was comfortable, and everything was kept tidy and clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. For context, I had stayed a few days earlier in room 6, which was slightly larger than 9, had two windows, and was located at the back of the guesthouse; I avoided rooms on the street side because they were quite noisy. I strongly recommend bringing a sleep mask and earplugs for sensitive sleepers. Room 9 was fine for a single night and offered good value for money. The only issue was that there was no place to hang clothes; I mentioned it, was told there wasn’t any, but after insisting, a miracle happened and a hanger was provided.
The place was available when I needed it. The staff seemed to be perpetually asleep, and the shower only supplied warm water, never hot.

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect—just a few steps from the beach. We visited on weekdays, so the beach felt peaceful and relaxing. There are also many great restaurants nearby

Séjour début mars 2026, 4 nuits. Chambre numéro 6, à l' étage, taille très correcte, idem salle de bain, longue étagère murale à l' opposé du lit double, petit, tout petit tabouret. Porte-vêtements vertical avec quelques cintres. Sèche cheveux. Literie double, confortable, propreté impeccable. Le tout très propre et très bien tenu. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Ai demandé une bouilloire électrique qui figurait dans l' offre mais pas dans la chambre. Renouvellement de 2 bouteilles d' eau à l' initiative de la guesthouse. Paiement carte bancaire accepté. La guesthouse est très bien tenue, très propre et très agréable. Une bonne adresse à recommander. A une vingtaine de minutes à pied au plus court pour rejoindre le Mekong. En léger retrait du centre historique proprement dit, mais le quartier et la chambre 6, en particulier, sont plutôt calmes. Prévoir masque de nuit et boules Quies pour personnes sensibles. Certes la chambre est dotée d' une longue étagère mais il n'y a pas de table de chevet, ce serait pourtant bien pratique. L' unique tout petit tabouret pourrait être complété d' un 2ème siège, voire d' une table basse même toute petite. Et ce serait parfait
