The room was very comfortable with an exceptionally cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, especially the coffee. I would definitely recommend staying at Hewitts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing—great value and so tasty. The view from room 4 was just windows that looked like an office, the bed was a bit too soft, the room was a small double, breakfast was a let‑down, the bathroom floor was slippery when damp from the shower, and there was some confusion over parking charges.

The location was great and the room was clean, but walking into the restaurant you immediately hit a couple of steps next to the room door, and you can hear everyone in the restaurant or the staff when they open or close it in the morning, so it’s not ideal for light sleepers.
