“Late change of accommodation to another venue was not acceptable”

I couldn't stay at the property I booked months in advance; on the day of travel the road staff called to say there was no space and moved me to a different road, which was only for one night. I had specifically booked this road to avoid the deep Médina and liked its look, so being notified just before heading to the airport was unacceptable. The staff tried to compensate with a taxi from the airport, but I had already arranged that and it was too late to change.

“Sabir, the receptionist… the best”

We spent a week at Riad El Wiam and it turned out to be a genuinely pleasant stay. The riad itself was stunning, and every morning the breakfast spread was excellent. We had the chance to stay on both the first and second floors, and if you’re able to choose, the second floor is the better option. Sabir was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, ensuring we had everything we needed. All in all, we felt very welcomed and would gladly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Our time at Riad El Wiam was truly delightful. Miloud and Yassine arranged everything for us and even greeted us at the airport, setting a warm tone from the start. The riad itself is beautiful, tranquil, and conveniently close to all the main sights. Sabir was especially supportive and cooperative, always ready to help with whatever we required. The dinner served at the riad was also fantastic. A huge thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, hospitality, and for making our visit unforgettable. We would happily recommend Riad El Wiam and would love to return.

“quaint, homely with great service. would stay again.”

A pretty, homely, and quaint riad with attentive and kind staff. The roof terrace is especially beautiful, and the location is surprisingly good for exploring the city. The room was very clean. The building feels a bit tired, and our room was a little small. Breakfast was decent but not amazing.
