The living area connects to two separate bedrooms containing three beds, suitable for up to four guests. A single bathroom provides both a bathtub and a shower. “A first rate hotel!”
The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff—Alvaro, Vicky, Paulina, Toby, etc.—were so helpful and attentive, making it a first‑rate place to stay in Xi'An. When we arrived, there were strong smells of smoke in two of our three rooms, so much so that my daughter changed her room. The hotel is a no‑smoking hotel, and we did sign a no‑smoking pledge upon arrival, so the hotel is working hard to eradicate smoking on its premises. But China is the (smoking) chimney of the world, so I guess some guests will smoke in their rooms, whatever the cost. We found the automatic lighting in the rooms annoying; when your partner goes to the toilet at night, you don’t want to be woken up by the lights being triggered.
The hotel is very beautiful, a bit far from the center but in a truly pleasant area that I personally preferred over the more central zones. The rooms are new, spacious, and well‑maintained, with a really huge bathroom. The entire hotel is very clean, fragrant, and scenic, with elegant and pleasant surroundings. Inside there are two restaurants, one serving Spanish cuisine and one serving Chinese cuisine; both are very good, but we especially liked the Chinese one! The service and breakfast are good, although, in my opinion, they are not completely up to the overall excellent level of the property and could be improved. A special thank you to Paolina at reception, always very kind and available: she followed us with great attention during our stay, providing excellent service and helping us with every request. Overall, a beautiful hotel where we had a truly pleasant stay and I definitely recommend it.

The structure is beautiful with a very good and varied continental breakfast. The room is beautiful, new, and spacious. The bathroom is beautiful. The hotel offers many services, including excellent internal restaurants and room service with abundant and very good dishes. They also provided us with a huge plate of fresh fruit, chocolate, and biscuits. On the morning we couldn’t have breakfast, they prepared a take‑away breakfast for us. The pool is very beautiful, but not suitable for relaxing, as they keep us from doing swimming classes.
