“Dirty and tired”
It was close to Tenby and had parking, but the parking was a bit dodgy – you never knew if you’d get a space or end up blocked in. The location sits above a tearoom that only opens Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so on other days the whole place felt derelict with a stale smell. We encountered several cleanliness and maintenance problems: a jug of water in the tearoom stayed stale for days because it wasn’t topped up; the sink had no plug, letting us see the dirty, gunky water below; a brown splodge was on the curtain; the bathroom flooded, which was very inconvenient; the carpets were dirty; and cobwebs were everywhere, giving the impression the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. We also called the contact for help but never heard back, and we never saw any staff.
