Everything was great, everyone was helpful and friendly; a plastic chair for showering was arranged immediately (arrived at 22:00), a bathrobe in my size and a thumb‑head pillow were placed in the room—fantastic. The communication that it was wheelchair‑accessible but not actually a wheelchair‑friendly room was confusing.
