“Very disappointing. We will not return.”
The breakfast was decent, so we had it delivered to our room because the dining area was freezing. The coffee was outstanding, and the staff worked hard to accommodate us. The room, however, was icy with gaps everywhere, and the only power outlet was in a very inconvenient spot. There were no towel bars or hooks, so we used towels to plug the gaps under the doors. The sheets and pillows had a smell like cat urine or sweat. The front‑desk girl was hard to locate, but the rest of the team did their best.
