“I didn’t even go inside. Neighborhood is love motel! The Google reviews were very scary. I canceled”

I try to cancel after reading the horrible reviews from Google but I couldn’t get my money back . I canceled anyway because I was too afraid to go and get scammed like other people in the reviews. I actually went to the motel but didn’t go inside because it was in a love motel neighborhood just like the reviews said. I booked with because it gave it a very good review. I just trusted . Booking. Com should monitor and verify places so other travelers like me are not affected. I tried to get my money back but I can’t because canceling with full refund was not allowed. Had booking . Com gave it such a good rating I would have never booked with hotel no 25. I contacted them numerous times but I was not able to get a refund. I have been using for over 10 years and never had a problem before, I am very disappointed and I will be careful about reviews in the future

“Excellent”

The mattress is very comfortable (not too firm), and there’s a large towel available (good for the shower). The hall entrance has a hot and cold drinks area. There’s a missing cup for brushing teeth in the bathroom—a small detail.

“Clean hotel with friendly staff, a convenient room, and a great location near the station.”

The place was spotless, and the staff were welcoming and always on hand. The spot was super convenient, just a stone's throw from the station. My room was handy, though it didn't offer an outside view. All in all, it was a nice stay.

A great hotel for a ridiculously low price in a buzzing area packed with restaurants. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The room was pretty, with enough space to unpack, a comfy bed, separate toilet and shower, a remote for lights, TV, and AC, plus free coffee and water. It was just 5 minutes to the train line 1 straight into the city, about 30 minutes away.
