The AC was broken, so I slept at 29–28°C all night, which was hot and uncomfortable. The staff couldn’t fix it, and for a room that cost over 4000, I only got a 200 refund—an awful experience.

Getting in was a hassle, needing a three‑digit code to reach the room, and the bathroom had no door and was tiny.

It was the last available spot that night. We didn’t get a private shower as promised. For a foreigner from Taiwan, getting the code took an hour and required sending passport details over the internet to two different email addresses. This place isn’t suitable for foreigners.
