Breakfast was good, but the pool, gym, and lunch were disappointing.

The staff were very enthusiastic, and the front desk lady introduced a lot of local food! The location is excellent, you can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge, and it’s convenient to get to the attractions. The kids club is huge and the children love it. The elevator air‑conditioning temperature was too low, and the lack of an indoor pool is a bit of a let‑down.

Most employees performed well, the Christmas buffet was lively, and the environment was clean. The room air‑conditioning was a major issue; during the Christmas holidays the outside temperature was 10 °C, but inside it was 26 °C (as tested by hotel engineering staff), and the temperature could not be adjusted. After reporting this to the front‑desk manager, I was told to open the window to sleep, which made the night unbearably hot. Only the next day did a second front‑desk manager follow up, and for a five‑star hotel the service was very disappointing.
