“Awful!!”

The property sprayed perfume so loudly that you had to wear a mask to walk down the hall; it was unreasonable on every level, and when I told the staff they ignored it. The fragrance was the worst part of the facility—you literally had to wear a mask, and every time you opened your room door it leaked in. We had two respiratory patients and one person with a fragrance allergy, and we thought we might have to call an ambulance at 5:90 because of a possible reaction.

“Never again”

The staff were friendly, but the remote didn’t work, the curtains wouldn’t close, the toilet seat broke, the shower head cracked, and it smelled like high karate cologne.

“Lovely n comforting”

I liked the staff; the room was clean, had no smells, and was very quiet. The property was fine, clean inside and out.

“Don't do it”

They refunded my money. The facility had a certain smell (fragrance) to it so did my room. Also, the vacant room doors are left open until someone checks into them. The room had furniture broken
