The location in West Bay is dreamlike. The attached restaurant gives direct beach access. Rooms are clean, the pool area is great, and breakfast is good. Absolutely recommended.

We loved the location, the service, the cleanliness and everything in general. Super recommended. I’ve always stayed in the biggest hotels in this area, but this is a “hidden gem” that I will keep visiting.

I loved the hotel, it was very pretty, the staff were all nice, and the restaurant was perfect and in a great spot; everything looked beautiful. The towels were a bit old and the beds, especially the mattress, felt worn out, so I think they should replace those.

The location was good and the attached restaurant was excellent. The toilet and shower were in bad condition, and for the price it was disappointing.

The place had a beautiful setting, the restaurant served great food, and the pool was lovely. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms need an upgrade, the internet and TV didn’t work, and because they cater to cruise ships the beach can get crazy crowded with no space to move.
