Google’s map was incorrect, the hotel receptionist was rude, and the main door wouldn’t open.

I booked the hotel for one night in the morning, but the taxi driver could not locate it; we called reception for directions, and the receptionist told us we had no reservation—though we had supplied the confirmation and reservation pin—so we had to find another place that night.
