The hotel sits near Floresta metro station, not in the center but the metro makes travel easy; the area was calm and pleasant, the room and bathroom were large and comfortable, and the bed was cozy; breakfast was okay but could have been more plentiful. My only real gripe was being charged 40,000 COP for early check‑in, which felt unfair—months before I’d been told early check‑in was possible with no fee, and the room was ready so I only arrived 1.5 hours early.
