I liked the friendly, supportive vibe. The first‑floor location wasn’t a concern for me.
The staff were helpful and the coin‑laundry was convenient, but I wish the welcome drink had been explained more clearly.

The lobby and dining area were tidy, and the breakfast buffet flow was easy, with clear separation between groups and individuals, letting us eat at a relaxed pace. Dinner instructions included a handy map to nearby eateries, which was extremely helpful. The only downside was that the drink station in the morning was split in two, so we missed the milk until after we’d finished eating, which was a bit disappointing.
