I snagged a great price for multiple rooms, the parking was easy to access, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Some door locks didn’t work, so we just wedged a chair against the door for safety.

Our stay at Ocean Reef Resort was disappointing. The room had live cockroaches, several of which we had to kill, and dead ones under the sink. It smelled like mildew and the carpet felt sticky and dirty. We reported the roaches to the front desk, and although the staff apologized and moved us to another room, it was a major inconvenience having to pack up and move all our belongings from the 6th to the 11th floor. We expected better cleanliness and overall accommodations.

I liked the area and the resort overall was decent and nice. The mattress was dirty and the sleeper sofa had a lien. The curtains looked like mold or mildew, so my child and I had to leave the patio open for air because we have asthma. I told housekeeping when they brought the sheets that night.
