Sylvia Park Motel offers free Wi-Fi and parking outside each room. The motel is 15 minutes' drive from Auckland city centre and 25 minutes from Auckland Airport. Self-contained units feature satellite TV, full kitchen facilities, and outdoor patios. Guests access shared laundry facilities and can hire DVD players. The motel is close to Mt Smart Stadium and Waikaraka Park Speedway.

The room was super clean with modern decor, the shower was amazing, parking was next to the room, and the location was excellent.

Despite being on a busy road, the motel was quiet, the staff were friendly, and the place was spotless with good lighting and comfortable furniture.

The room layout was nice and Sky TV caught all the sports we wanted, but the shower was a bit tight, though acceptable.

The location was close to our points of interest and the 2‑bedroom unit was a good size. However, only basic cutlery was supplied—no coffee plunger—and an extra blanket was only given if requested (it was winter). The Wi‑Fi was spotty and required frequent re‑logins. Still, for the price it works, and this is the fourth time we’ve stayed here because the location fits our needs.
