Being right in the city center opposite the train station and tramway Antares, the staff were available and friendly, and we could order pizza in the evening. The bedding quality was good.

The location near the Le Mans circuit is convenient. The shower fell apart, and there was no trash bag in the bin, so I had to bring one for each day.
