The location is great, rooms comfortable, and the staff are lovely. The owner even paid my taxi in cash when I couldn’t get cash beforehand. Vegans and vegetarians will appreciate that there’s no meat on the menu.

Spotlessly clean and budget‑friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The “Vegan Way” restaurant served great food. I knew there was no air conditioning, but the fan in the tent made loud noises and couldn’t be turned off, so the canvas stayed open and airflow was impossible. People were chatting until midnight, making it too hot to sleep. If you need a good night’s rest before a trek, skip this place.

The owner really went out of his way to help me recover my passport, which meant a lot and showed genuine kindness.
