The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The room had nice freebies, including a bottle of wine. :) We also appreciated how close it was to the Sagrada Família.

The location was good, breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly. The room’s ventilation was poor.

The spot is smack‑in‑the‑middle for walking or taking the metro to any tourist spot. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and some chocolates, which I didn’t expect. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had—delicious and complete. I won’t say more about the hotel because I’d rather it stay a hidden gem. The only thing that bothered me was that the vacuum wasn’t run through my room during the rainy medicane; otherwise everything was excellent. I’ll definitely book again if I ever return.

Nice area, central with pretty houses around. The price was a bit on the higher side.

I can’t say I liked the property because on the day of our reservation, when we arrived, they told us they couldn’t accommodate us. No prior notice had been given that we would be denied. They cited water flooding in the room as the reason and redirected us to a far‑away location in the same chain, which we refused. Their explanation didn’t make sense since the same hotel accepted guests the next day. We were left in a tough spot. Thankfully the booking firm helped us out easily and arranged accommodation elsewhere. The hotel has serious issues with reservations and operations; you might as well stay elsewhere.
