The hotel sits right in the city center, everything is just a step away. The staff is extra friendly, the place is clean and tastefully furnished. They welcomed us with a generous breakfast every morning. The wellness area’s special feature is that it’s on the roof/uppermost level, so you can relax with a wonderful view. One note: it would be practical to have hand towels in the bathrooms, and a few extra hooks for towels would also be handy.

“Spa is terrible, not worh the money”

We arrived for the spa and pool, only to find the pool was cold; they claimed it was 29 °C and that our perception must be wrong, but a cousin’s private pool at the same temperature was definitely not 29 °C. The Turkish sauna didn’t work, and several staff members insisted it did until one honest lady admitted it was broken—anyone who’s used a Turkish sauna knows that zero steam means it’s not functioning. The thermostat in the Swedish sauna was broken, which is dangerous. Hygiene in the hot tub, pool, and deckchairs was unacceptable; only the tiles around the pool looked okay. Parking cost 30 € per day and was the worst experience ever: the escalator from the garage to the ground floor opens both doors at once—one side to the garage, the other to a garbage storage area—trapping you in a small space where the air smells disgusting. Whoever designed that must never have used it; either keep the doors closed or have the valet operate them with air recirculation on. Our car smelled horrible.

The hotel’s location is perfect for the beach. Breakfast is outstanding. In addition to the air‑conditioned room, breakfast is also served in a lovely garden on the river, which is a very nice feeling. The staff is extremely courteous, although sometimes there is a noticeable lack of personnel. The hotel is on a very busy street, so it’s very noisy, even when all windows are closed.

The hotel is beautiful with an amazing view, the staff is excellent, and it’s very clean! The breakfast is incredibly tasty and varied. The gym has few machines, and some of them were not working. There were also imperfections like loose tiles and broken umbrellas on the terrace.

Breakfast was excellent, a beautiful beach is just over the street, everything you need is right in the surroundings, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
