The food, the hotel’s layout, and the furnishings were good. The toilets by the pool were dirty, the animation was very bad—unmotivated and lacking any animation, and there was no way to get drinks on the beach.

An exclusive, stunning spot with extraordinary staff, a respectful and discreet clientele, and refined décor. The services, décor, and comfort are all 10/10, and the cuisine is excellent and varied. One minor issue: the lounge chairs and poolside relaxation corners are frequently occupied by personal items and towels.

Beautiful and very clean, with the pool area and lounge chairs well polished. The food was varied and refilled on time, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room maintenance was tidy and the towels were clean every day. However, the reception was a bit unfriendly; we were given a welcome drink at the reception counter. The hotel’s internal booking app is unreliable—trying to schedule a haircut on Sunday shows availability, but the barber is only present from Wednesday to Saturday. A reservation at the steakhouse was fully booked, yet we received no confirmation or rejection notice. The sink in the room was half clogged for a week, and there was a lack of sufficient sunshades; they were taken from someone else and then disappeared again.
