The spot was spot‑on, right in the heart of Saint‑Jean‑Pied‑de‑Port, making it an ideal start for the Camino. My room was cozy, with a big window and very comfy beds. The bathrooms were roomy and spotless. I liked the breakfast before heading out. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. A truly pleasant stay!

On the pilgrimage route, the hostel is close to the pilgrims' office. The building is older, the floor feels slanted, which isn’t very friendly for large luggage, but a single night was still acceptable. The staff were friendly.

The staff were quite friendly, the bathroom facilities were comfortable, and the location is great right next to the pilgrims' office, with shops and restaurants nearby. Because it’s an old house, the floor creaks, and waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom is scary for disturbing others.
