The staff were very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the beds and pillows were superb. My boyfriend’s back hurt, which he says he prefers a firmer mattress, so that’s a personal preference. What really stood out was that each side of the bed had one firm and one soft pillow—a feature I’ve never seen in other hotels.

Everyone was friendly, checking in was a breeze, rooms were spotless, and breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options.

I couldn't stay at the Express this year because I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Robert Center, and a friend took the room I had originally at the Holiday Inn; she said everything was excellent and they really enjoyed it. What we missed was breakfast at the Robert Center—no breakfast was included—though we stayed at the Express in 2024 and it was excellent all the way around.
