The hotel is easy to get to and has parking right outside the door. The room was clean and spacious. The young, friendly owners greeted both my dog and me with a smile—despite my dog's size, which is pretty rare.

Everything was extremely basic. The minimum amenities were missing (no hair dryer), the breakfast was also very simple, and the location is loud on a busy street. I told my colleague that I deeply regret booking this hotel.

The rooms were clean, and the bathroom and toilet were tidy. The hotel itself is old and still needs renovation, but the breakfast selection was okay. There was no safe, the room keys were still bar keys, and the security was questionable. The toasted bread at breakfast should be reconsidered.

The young lady at breakfast service was very friendly, but the hotel is old‑fashioned, lacking an elevator and assistance with luggage. We had set a specific breakfast time, yet nothing was ready; we had to set the table ourselves and help in the kitchen. No apology came from the staff. In our double room only one bed was made, and towels were completely missing. The feather‑top pillows smelled unpleasant.

A young woman in the breakfast area was very friendly, but the hotel feels old‑fashioned with no elevator or luggage service. The breakfast wasn’t ready at the agreed time, so we had to stir it ourselves; the buffet was small, and the scrambled eggs arrived only after everyone else was finished. In the room the desk lamp didn’t work, there was no bedside lamp, and one outlet was broken.
