The room was very clean and the staff were kind and welcoming, with no negatives.

Compared to other Italian hotels, the breakfast was better. The mattress was firm and sleeping was comfortable. I booked a room through Booking without payment, arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, and was told there were no free rooms in that building, so they offered me a room in another building at 30 % higher price. The impression was negative because they didn’t inform me beforehand that there were no rooms. If they had told me the price would be 30 % higher, I would have just stayed at Hilton. Initially, the Hilton price was 15 % higher, but since I had to pay 30 % more for the Sheraton room than the original price, I won’t use the Sheraton chain again.

Breakfast was great, and the staff were polite, professional and friendly, but the shower door was poor and water flooded the room every time we showered.
This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The room was terrible; the moment I walked in it smelled like fish. I assume cooking in the room isn’t allowed, but the odor was definitely fishy, as if the room had been closed for a week. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, in addition to insects in the room.
The building is beautiful and the staff are kind and helpful, yet the nearby sea isn’t clean or clear, so we’re driving to the beach instead.
