“Great escape in Tuscany”

Podere Formaci offers incredible views over the rolling hills of Tuscany. The silence and relaxed atmosphere are amazing. I would come back any time! It would be great if the apartment offered cooking basics such as oil, salt and pepper so guests don’t have to buy full packages and leave most of it behind.

We spent several wonderful days here and were truly impressed. The villa sits in a stunning setting. Our apartment was on the ground floor and featured large, semi‑circular windows with direct access to the terrace. From there, we had a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape, and thanks to the peaceful location, we could enjoy a real sense of privacy and tranquillity. A beautiful avenue of cypress trees begins right at the entrance to the property, immediately creating a special atmosphere and adding an authentic Tuscan charm to the place. One of the highlights was starting each morning with breakfast on the terrace, watching the sunrise and enjoying the beautiful view. These are the kind of moments you want to remember. The apartment was cosy, spacious and very well equipped. A comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean, tidy and clearly prepared with attention to detail. We would also like to mention the hosts, who are exceptionally friendly and attentive. It is clear how much effort, care and heart they have put into creating this wonderful place. The large and very clean swimming pool was a perfect addition to our stay, especially on hot days. This is truly a place where you can slow down, escape the daily routine and simply enjoy Tuscany. We are leaving with a smile and will remember this beautiful place with great warmth.

“Endroit magnifique et il aurait été dommage de ne pas le connaître”

Le site est exceptionnel et c’est un lieu magique Logements bien distribués et propres Propriétaires sympathiques. Le confort reste rustique… Aucun service sur place, mieux vaut le savoir et faire des courses avant d’arriver
