The room was roomy, the location excellent, and the service good. Breakfast options were limited, but the staff were attentive.

The location was top. The room was large and comfortable. The cleanliness and staff friendliness were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to Michele for his availability and to Grazia for brightening our breakfast. Hope to return.
“Would not go back to this location”
Parking is too far, forcing us to haul our luggage down busy streets and walkways to reach it. Since the elevator is reserved for the hotel, we had to carry our bags up the stairs. The host wasn’t at the place when we arrived, so we couldn’t drop off our luggage and had no idea where to park; a police officer had to guide us. They offered each of us a bottle of water as we were hot and out of breath when we finally arrived. The air conditioning was off, making the rooms hot, so we had to call for help to get it working and then wait for the rooms to cool before we could leave. Breakfast was fruit salad and coffee, not fully ready when we got there because it opens at 8:00 am. We were leaving at 8:00 am but they accommodated us, and the lady was very nice. We had to bring our luggage down ourselves. We were five ladies in the 55+ age group. Help would have been appreciated.
