A simple hotel in a quiet location with good value for money.

The room was dirty at check‑in, the shower rod was loose and fell off the wall when removing the shower head, and extra parking fees and accommodation tax were charged on top of the booking price. When I mentioned the shower rod issue, the staff said, “yes we already know about that,” but it wasn’t fixed beforehand. According to the house rules, rooms are only cleaned every three days, which caused the towels and toilet paper to run out. A QR code about 2 cm wide on the wall could have offered additional services if I had known.

The bed was good, but there was no breakfast even though it was advertised as a Bed & Breakfast.

Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward, the staff were friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was good, we stayed for one night for a concert, and the drive to the ZAG Arena took only a few minutes. No issues.
