“El mejor hotel que estuvimos en Japón”
We were thrilled with everything; the spa area was amazing after our daily walks, and we visited it each afternoon, while the room’s comfort, cleanliness, beds and bathroom products were superb, and the hotel’s location near several metro stops was very convenient – nothing to complain about, everything was great.
The hot spring was nice, but the soak time was short and the staff at the hot spring felt unpleasant.

The location was good, but the bathroom had a bad smell and the fridge didn’t cool.
