We received no welcome; at 18:00 the reception was closed. A cockroach was found in the room. We stayed two nights with no room service, no linen or towel changes, etc. The room faced the road and was extremely noisy, making sleep impossible after 5:30 am.

The staff were very friendly and the check‑in was quick, plus there was a large parking lot and a private beer garden. Located on the edge of town, we could eat there like at a pub, and the prices were similar to a tavern with many other guests around. The food was excellent with generous portions, the rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were big enough, and the location was quiet. Even in June the rooms didn’t get hot. I have no complaints because we got what we booked; a self‑serve coffee machine would have been nice for the morning since there’s no breakfast option, but that was clear at booking.

The dinner was great.

The kitchen smell in the room, the bathroom, the Gulli seal on the floor, sharp corners, water turns cold while showering, the mini TV, and on Sunday at 6 am the rouladen were being beaten in the kitchen.

The chef was nice and the staff were friendly; the location is good for the Norisring.
