Das Zimmer war richtig schön. Die Lage gut. Das Prozedere mit dem Frühstück war ein bisschen mühsam, aber zum Schluss hat alles geklappt.

The coffee maker was sluggish, there was no microwave in the room, and the front desk staff had a bad attitude. The door wouldn’t close properly, letting light in all night. We need better staff behavior and a microwave in the room.

I’ve stayed here many times before and never had this issue. I booked a room, but when I checked in they handed me the wrong room and called to confirm my arrival time, something they’d never done before. They claimed the card was declined and didn’t get a response, yet they still called to confirm. If compensation was the issue, they could have clarified it during the call. Lesson learned: they’ve lost a customer.
