“Pésimo lugar.”

The room conditions were unacceptable, with no ventilation, organic stains, and food residue on the furniture. A persistent bad odor made me leave after just 10 minutes. I asked for a refund because the accommodation was in such a poor state, but it was denied citing a no‑cancellation policy, leaving me highly dissatisfied.

The room smelled bad, the sheets and duvet looked dirty, and the bathroom lacked soap and towels. I wouldn’t return.

I did get a room, but it wasn’t the one I booked. The staff were very attentive, but the hotel itself was lacking.

“Un desastre por completo, no recomiendo a nadie visitar ese hotel.”

I didn’t want breakfast after a horrible night, and the first thing I did at an early hour was run out of there; I stayed awake all night. I didn’t leave earlier because it was raining heavily and I didn’t know where else to go. The staff were unhelpful, the room had poor hygiene, the bed and pillows were unsatisfactory, there were no blankets or towels, and the place was noisy all night, making it impossible to rest – in short, a disaster of a room.
