The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and approachable, and they can speak Korean, English, and Japanese with confidence. The room was spotless and came with great amenities. The lounge offered free coffee. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth and efficient. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from exit 12 of Moran station; if you’d rather avoid stairs, exit 3 has an escalator. Several convenience stores are within walking distance and stay open until 1 am.

“Super agréable”

The staff are attentive, caring, and pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bedding comfortable. The parking is very convenient. Breakfast is simple but practical. It’s a bit far from downtown Seoul, but shops, restaurants, and the subway are nearby.

It turned out better than I expected and offered great value – clean, comfortable, and the staff were so kind it lifted my mood. I missed the check‑in time details; there seem to be several options and the actual check‑in was later than I thought, which left me a bit confused.
