Não posso deixar de elogiar o atendimento da Kayla, que nos recebeu tão bem. Houve um problema com a nossa reserva, enquanto resolvia ela nos ofereceu um drink no bar do hotel, enquanto separávamos vimos baleias no mar. Foi especial. Ela resolveu o nosso problema com o up grade no quarto. Ficamos muito felizes. Atendimento impecável. Dependências impecáveis

It was too noisy at night because of other guests.

The place was clean and the staff friendly, but I booked a room for two adults and received a room with two pairs of bunk beds instead.

The fully equipped kitchen and nice lounge communal area were very close to all attractions, and parking was next to the property; however, there was no television anywhere, and I didn’t realize the private bathroom was not in the room—having to walk out and use a separate bathroom with a key was very inconvenient.
