I never got my room approved, and the phone was dying while the staff was just rude.

I stayed here at least once a week to escape roommates, and as a trans guest I always bring my boyfriend; we usually stay without issues until the day I asked for new towels because the ones in the room looked dirty, and for another trash bag. The housekeeping lady stood at my door, spoke loudly, accused me of having my makeup on the towels, and said I had to pay for them—very rude, and anyone on my floor could hear her. I tried to enjoy my last day, but there were motorcycle gang members smoking and partying, and the hallways were smoky with weed smoke. I don’t smoke; my boyfriend smoked outside because I hate cigarette smoke. When we checked out the next day, I cleaned the room better than the lady did and even brought my own sheets because I spray tan and don’t want to damage hotel sheets. After checking out, I returned home to find my AC still out, so I booked another night. I messaged the hotel through the app; the room was already paid for. I loaded my things, took an Uber, walked in, and was given a cart for my luggage. A front‑desk agent barely acknowledged me, asked for ID, and told me I had to leave and could not get rooms there anymore because I supposedly smoked in the room last time. I explained the hallway smoking and the people partying, but he said the housekeeper left a note saying she saw me smoking in my room. I tried to talk to him, but he turned away and walked away. He rushed me to exit the lobby, told me to order my Uber outside, and this was the worst experience I’ve had in Killeen. This property is losing good guests because the housekeeping and this guy bully and lie, and they need to drug‑test that lady who had a pipe in her shirt pocket. I want this changed in their system.

“Worst place I have ever stayed”

They had a totally different reservation only gave me one bed, very uncomfortable, shower was super small, rectangular shape, it was noisy, the maintenance banged next-door all night up until about 9-930pm, then woke me up at 9am banging again next door, this time I complained to the front desk, demanded a refund, lady argued with me back and forth, I threatened to call the police and I would leave a horrible review, front desk called back and stated they would refund my money and to check out by 11am
