The property was fantastic, all rooms had plenty of character, exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was great, the bar and lounge were unique and wonderful. Bruce and Sheila were excellent hosts. We loved the location, with local walks and a local pub, but also a great base to visit around Exmoor and the North Coast of West Somerset. We will definitely return soon.

The breakfast was very nice, and they even gave us special breakfast sausages for our two dogs.

The welcome, the quiet, and the décor respect the age of the house without sacrificing comfort. Because the house is old, you have to accept that the floor isn’t always level, like the creaky staircase.

A stunning property set in a gorgeous location, with rooms that are tastefully decorated; Bruce and Sheila made perfect hosts, and there were absolutely no negatives.
